46 Terrorists Killed, 3 Soldiers Martyred in Jammu & Kashmir Encounters in 2025

46 terrorists killed in 2025 Srinagar, 31/12 (Agency): In Jammu and Kashmir, there were 35 face-to-face encounters between security forces and terrorists in the year 2025. A total of 46 terrorists were killed in these clashes. These include the terrorists involved in the Pahalgam attack, Suleman Shah alias Hashim Musa, Hamza Afghani and Jibran. They were killed in an encounter on July 28. On the other hand, three soldiers were martyred during the encounter with terrorists throughout the year. According to officials, an IED exploded in Akhnoor sector in February, in which two soldiers were martyred. In April, a soldier was martyred in Basantgarh, Udhampur. According to Kashmir Frontier, there were four infiltration incidents along the Line of Control (LoC). Thirteen terrorists were involved in these incidents. Eight of them were killed while five escaped. The year under review witnessed the biggest terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir.
