China Claims Preventing India-Pakistan War, India Rejects Mediation Role

After America, China claims that we prevented the India-Pakistan war. New Delhi, 31/12 (Agency): After US President Donald Trump, China has now claimed that it prevented the India-Pakistan war. China has said that when the war was going on between India and Pakistan, the situation was very tense. Both countries were moving towards a big war. At this time, China played an important role in reducing the military conflict. It tried to reduce the dispute by mediating between the two countries. Foreign Minister Wang Yi made this claim at an event held in the Chinese capital Beijing. He said that China has helped reduce many conflicts not only between India and Pakistan, but also in the world. After this statement of Wang Yi, a discussion has started about it. On the one hand, India has denied the claim of US President Trump to mediate between India and Pakistan, saying that there is no third party involved. Trump's claim has already been denied, and he has already claimed to have declared a ceasefire about 60 times. Now China's comments have surprised many. On the other hand, India has also denied China's claim like Trump. The Indian government has made it clear that there is no role of any third party in the India-Pakistan ceasefire. This is a purely bilateral issue. No one's involvement or mediation is allowed in it at all. Wang Yi has been in a tizzy after this statement by India. It is worth noting that there was a military clash between India and Pakistan on May 7, 2025 over the Pahalgam terrorist attack. At this time, India's 'Operation Sindoor' became effective. The Indian Army had crossed the Pakistani border and destroyed 11 Pakistani military posts along with a terrorist camp. Pakistan had also relented after the attack. Pakistan finally called a meeting at the DGMO level and called for a ceasefire. After this incident, US President Trump's statement came into the picture. He initially said he would mediate. However, after India's denial, Trump withdrew his statement. But since then, he has claimed about 60 times that he was the one who called for a ceasefire between India and Pakistan. An American report published in November alleged that China tried to spread disinformation after 'Operation Sindoor'. The report said that fake photos created by AI were published on social media through fake accounts. The aim behind this was to discredit the French Rafale fighter jet used by India. China wanted to discredit the Rafale and bring forward its own fighter jet, the J-35. But it failed.
