Puri Senior Citizens Club Celebrates 3rd Foundation Day, Elects New Officers

Retired bank senior manager and social worker Arvind Satapathy presided over the function. Joint Editor Sharat Maharana read out the annual report. The chief guest and social worker Abhimanyu Bhuyan spoke about the facilities provided to senior citizens. Lakshmidhar Mishra and Dr. Narayan Sahu were felicitated for their outstanding contribution to the society. On this occasion, the club's officers for the next three years were selected under the supervision of senior member Chandrasekhar Mohanty. Arvind Satpathi, Vice President Prashant Mohanty, Editor Niranjan Sahu, Joint Editor Laxminrusingh Mohapatra, Treasurer Sarat Chandra Maharana have been elected. Dr. Pramod Mohanty, Dr. Madhav Panda, Prafulla Subuddhi, Prashant Thaks have been appointed as senior guides and Arjun Pradhan, Govinda Das Ghosh, Sachidananda Pasupalak, Haraprasad Mohapatra, Santosh Dora, Purna Chandra Barik have been appointed as management committee members. The members praised the various service works of the club and congratulated the new officers.
